M. Jean-Jacques Massima-Landji , 58 years , is presently the International telecommunication Union (ITU) Representative for Central Africa and Madagascar and based in Yaoundé, since 2009.He is coordinating for the Telecommunication Development Bureau( BDT),the radiocommunications activities within the Sub-Saharan countries and is responsible of the Follow up of the Digital Migration. He has managed the Iraq project within ITU/BDT in Geneva from 2000 to 2004 and was the first chair of the Regulatory Body in Gabon. Chairman of RASCOM board of directors in 1993 and 1994, he contributed tom setting up RASCOM entity as expert during 7 years. He represented his country Gabon in most famous Telecommunications events and Conferences while serving its administration at different positions among those as Director of Informatics and telematics department, General manager of Telecommunications of Gabon during his national carrier from 1983 to 1998. M. Massima-Landji , graduated in Paris in 1983 as Engineer in Telecommunications, Computer science and Electronics , hold a certification in English Proficiency and has gathered a wide and recognized experience of more than 33 years in the field of ICT and Computer science.
